Through our Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) programs, we create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive—with family involvement, compassionate care, and a focus on quality of life.
Founded in September 2024 by Doris Onuwa—who has been dedicated to serving this community since 2007—our agency continues to grow rapidly, blending deep experience with genuine compassion to deliver truly person-centered care. Under her leadership, which is guided by both personal passion and professional expertise, we are committed to providing not just care, but amazing care our clients can depend on.
